When you reach out to me, your initial contact will be with my wonderful assistant Danielle. 

She is generally available to answer calls Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm Mountain Standard Time. If you do not reach her directly and leave a voicemail, or would prefer to submit your information below, she will respond to you either the same day or the next business day. 

When you speak with Danielle, she will gather some basic information. She will also be able answer general, scheduling, and financial questions you may have about my practice. If it seems my practice may be a good fit for you, she can schedule a time for a free 10-15 minute phone consultation with me.
